A: You earn points towards Rewards for every qualifying purchase made in-store and at shopalexandrite.com. Plus, you can earn bonus points for other activities such as reviewing products at shopalexandrite.com or checking on Facebook when at the store.
Q: HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO EARN A REWARD?
A: You will automatically receive a $25 Reward* for every 250 points earned. ($1 = 1 point)
Q: IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF POINTS OR REWARDS I CAN EARN?
A: There is no limit to the amount of points or Rewards you can earn, however some bonus point opportunities are limited in the number of times you can complete them.
Q: DO POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
Points will expire after a 12-month period of no activity.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
A: The points you earned for the items being returned will be deducted from your available point balance.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CURRENT POINT BALANCE IS LESS THAN THE AMOUNT OF POINTS DEDUCTED FOR A RETURN?
A: If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will work your status back to a positive balance. Negative points do not expire.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ONLINE PROFILE?
Points usually post within seconds of your purchase, but can take up to 5 days. Bonus point opportunities can take up to 4-6 weeks after the promotion period.

Q: I HAVE REACHED 250 POINTS, WHEN WILL I GET MY REWARD?
A: Rewards are instantly added to your account once earned.
Q: I HAVE MORE THAN ONE REWARD, CAN I USE THEM TOGETHER?
A: No. You can only use one Reward in one transaction.
Q: HOW LONG ARE REWARDS VALID?
A: Rewards do not expire unless you are inactive for 12 months.
Q: CAN I USE MY REWARDS ONLINE?
A: Yes. Log into your account at shopalexandrite.com before your purchase and available Reward will be displayed during checkout.
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?
A: You will receive a text notification once a Reward is posted to your account. Once a Reward has been posted it is available for immediate use in-store or at shopalexandrite.com.
Q: CAN I GIVE MY REWARDS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
A: No. Rewards are non-transferable and only valid for the account that earned them.
Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS WHEN USING OR REDEEMING A REWARD?
A: Yes, there are certain exclusions to using Rewards. Rewards can only be used at Alexandrite Active & Golf Wear or online at shopalexandrite.com on regular priced, in-stock, items.
They cannot be used to:
